We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. If this is not the case, you can return the item to us within 90 days. Here are the details:

Condition of the goods
For a successful return, the item should either be unused or show no visible signs of use. This gives you the opportunity to test our products at your leisure.

Return costs
Please note that you must bear the costs for the return. This helps us keep our prices low and transparent for all customers. However, there is an exception to this:

Exchange
Unfortunately we cannot currently offer direct exchanges. But don't worry: you can return the item, simply order a new one and we will refund you the return shipping costs.
