We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from us. If this is not the case, you can send the item back to us within 30 days. Here are the details:

For a successful return, the item should either be unused or show no visible signs of use. This gives you the opportunity to test our products at your leisure.

Return shipping costs

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This helps us keep our prices low and transparent for all customers. However, there is an exception to this:

Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer direct exchanges. But don't worry: you can return the item, simply order a new one and we will refund you the return shipping costs.
