We ship within the European Union (EU).

You have 2 options for this:

1) Follow the link in the menu. You will be directed to a landing page, where you can request a download link.

2) Write us an email or contact us using the contact form.

You can return your order within 30 days without giving a reason. You have to bear the costs for the return.

Exchange is unfortunately not possible, but you can simply return the item and order a new one

Yes, you can find it in the Miscellaneous category or by entering the term voucher in the search mask.

myHodo vouchers are perfect if you want to give the recipient the flexibility to decide for themselves which product it should be.

When checking out - before completing the order - there is the option of redeeming your code in the "Discount code" field. Important: Pay attention to the exact spelling.
